1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, returns/replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- Damaged or tampered packaging
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Product quality issues
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Product unavailable after order confirmation
- Approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Refund Process:
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- Product replacement (subject to availability), or
- Full/partial refund, depending on the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
