Return & Refund Policy

At Organic Dryfruit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packing and delivering fresh, high-quality dry fruits. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


πŸ›’ Returns

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of dry fruits, opened or consumed products are not eligible for return.
  • To request a return, please contact us with your Order ID and reason for return.

πŸ’Έ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).

🚚 Damaged / Wrong / Missing Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, wrong, or missing, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales

⏳ Refund Processing Time

  • Refund initiation: Within 2 working days after approval
  • Bank processing time: 3–7 working days (may vary depending on bank/payment provider)
