Return & Refund Policy
At Organic Dryfruit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packing and delivering fresh, high-quality dry fruits. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
π Returns
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of dry fruits, opened or consumed products are not eligible for return.
- To request a return, please contact us with your Order ID and reason for return.
πΈ Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
π Damaged / Wrong / Missing Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, wrong, or missing, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales

- Refund initiation: Within 2 working days after approval
- Bank processing time: 3β7 working days (may vary depending on bank/payment provider)
